Once I got to to gates A50-69 I was told that i had to turn back and go through a different passport control as the one close to gates A50-69 was too busy/full. So I turned back although i had no specific gate number where the passport control was. Once I got there, after 10 mins walking (around gate Z20) around and asking lufthansa staff I came across a rather long queue. At that point I only had 30 mins until my flight to Budapest was boarding. I knew I would not get through that queue on time and there was no assistance. So I decided to turn nack and go back to gates A50-69 assport cobtrol where luckily there was no queue at all. I do not understand why i was turned away by staff the very first time I got to that passport control and why there was no assistance by airport staff. Not happy at all about that."

Schließlich fand sich doch noch ein Platz in den Staufächern der Business Class, mit dem Hinweis, da hätten wir aber nochmal Glück gehabt."

Die Sitze hängen, wenn man sie verstellen will, die Armlehe am Gang lässt sich nicht hochklappen. Der Klapptisch ist wackelig und schief."

The flight we missed was still at the gate but the door had closed. We were told the flight was oversold so it benefited the airline that we missed it. It’s muxh cheaper to put us in a horrible hotel with disgusting food and fly us out the next day, then pay people to choose a new flight. I had two small children at home and Diebel to this incompetence missed my 4 year olds birthday. He was devastated all thanks to your airline."

On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

Also crew at the gate were helpful and supportive as I was delayed. What was even more surprising when I arrived in Budapest was that my luggage also made it - so thank you LOT a lot (!) for being so efficient."
Negativ: "The fact that the delay on the previous flight meant that I almost missed this flight and just made boarding even more stressful. However LOT were extremely efficient and attentive, and they called for a bus/van to get me and one other passenger to the plane. Smiles and assistance make a huge difference."

BUT then i was told since the plane was stopping at Oslo we had to pay ANOTHER SET OF LUGGAGE FEES !!!! I said, no you must be mistaken, there is no way you can charge me for two trips just because your plane is making a stop! They insisted and rather than fight and get thrown out of the airport i am disputing with my credit card company, but it can't possibly be legal. $690.00 fees !"

Negativ: "I did not like that I had to pay hundreds of dollars to change my flight because I had gone to the wrong airport. While I understand that it is my responsibility to have that information, it was simple human error (having flown into a different airport) that lead to the mistake, which should have been forgiven seeing that I called the airline, and informed them of the mistake. As the customer, I feel that the airline is not responsible for such mistakes, but do believe that there should be room for good will and customer service. The fact that the airline was not willing to help to make a change affordable (I was quoted $600+ to make the change) sadly is what determined if I will continue being a customer, and rely this airline. I won't. I also did not like that every other item during the flight had to be purchased as most other international flights include these expenses with the purchase of the ticket. Again, I understand that the airline has it's policies, but you might want to try seeing it from the passenger's perspective rather than just from a monetary one. Having to deal with such costly changes at the last moment of my trip was very unpleasant; I almost didn't have enough money to get home. These are my thoughts/suggestions/reflections on my experience with Norwegian. - Ms. Clark"

Negativ: "DY 7016 was scheduled to leave JFK on January 7th at 10 PM. We took off at 4 AM. This is unacceptable."

Positiv: "Left relatively on time, personal entertainment is always nice on a long flight."
Negativ: "Food/beverage service system is chaotic and confusing, especially if you book your flight weeks or months in advance. We spent 4.5 hours on the tarmac taxiing after arriving at our destination. It was TWO HOURS before the crew even came around offering water. The crew could have do much to make the long wait for a gate less miserable. Minimal intimation was provided, bathrooms remained locked for the majority of the flight and a man ranted the entire time without any crew asking him if there was anything they could do to make it easier. Baggage claim information was not provided ( days three after arrival and I still don't have my luggage)."
